MEL Consultants investigated the cladding pressures and pedestrian environmental conditions for this major Lend Lease residential complex in Bowen Hills. The five towers are on a common podium overlooking the RNA Show Grounds in an inner suburb of Brisbane. The 1:400 model had over 850 pressure taps from which data were collected to assist in the design of the glazing and roofing components.
